HOW TO CONDUCT SAFE AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

The recent rise in anti-Asian incidents has resurfaced the need for many to have deep, often uncomfortable, and fraught conversations about racism and discrimination.

 

This month we invited Leadership Coach, Dr. Huang, from Princeton Leadership Academy to lead the discussion on how to conduct safe and effective communication with senior management and our colleagues at work on the topics related to the rising crime against the Asian community.
