SAPA Communication Department is the voice channel of SAPA headquarters and all chapters, and is an indispensable core function for the operation of SAPA organization. The Communication Department is responsible for the promotion, reporting, interviews and news releases of all activities. We own multiple media platforms such as WeChat official account, website, LinkedIn, LinkedIn, Newsletter etc. It is committed to producing the highest quality content, providing the most timely SAPA and industry updates, to enhance SAPA's influence and business value, and serve SAPA’s mission: To enhance the science, education, collaboration and career advancement in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. The SAPA Communication Department is recruiting talents with passion to join the group as LinkedIn Marketing Lead.
This position will be part of the LinkedIn marketing team and will work on designing/constructing the LinkedIn marketing campaigns with provided event information (promotion, report, onsite live update) through collaboration with the event communication & reporter team in a timely manner. The LinkedIn marketing manager will also be responsible for routine maintenance and data analytics of the SAPA-HQ LinkedIn account and SAPA-HQ LinkedIn group .
Responsibilities:

Construct and post promotional messages, live event update (day of the event), or post event summary links on LinkedIn platform

Monitor LinkedIn account notifications, interact with speakers and SAPA sponsors on LinkedIn, and respond to comments.

Responsible for routine maintenance of the SAPA-HQ LinkedIn account and SAPA-HQ LinkedIn group .

Analyze the data of the SAPA-HQ LinkedIn account and improve the marketing campaign outcome based on the data

Eligible candidate must be an active SAPA member or willing to become an active SAPA member upon joining

Time Commitments:
Pre-event and Post-event:

1-2 hours per month for a period of 1-2 month for the event project assigned

The work can be divided among multiple volunteers
During event:

2-5 posts during each day and interact with speakers/sponsors/comments on LinkedIn while attending the event
Independent project:
-
Varies depending on projects, allowing flexibility of timing as long as the tasks are delivered
